The Lounge
Open 24 hours, The Lounge is the central point of the hotel with large windows overlooking Dubai Creek. The Lounge serves breakfast and all-day refreshments including soups, salads, light snacks, grilled sandwiches and Arabic sweets. Alcoholic drinks are available from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 3:00 am.

Cafe Arabesque
Spacious and bright, with traditional Arabic patterns throughout, Cafe Arabesque serves breakfast, lunch and dinner from five, all-day buffet counters as well as providing an ? la carte menu for lunch and dinner. Specialties include a large variety of kebabs prepared according to traditional culinary methods in wood-fired ovens.

The Thai Kitchen
The Thai Kitchen mixes modern decor with traditional cuisine from three live working kitchens. Seating is positioned around the kitchens to allow guests to enjoy the sights and smells of classic Thai cuisine preparation. Meals are presented in a variety of small celadon cups, plates and saucers, making The Thai Kitchen a fun and exotic shared dining experience. Traiteur
Offering modern European cuisine in a striking architectural setting, Traiteur is set on two levels, both connected by a long metal staircase suspended from the ceiling. Traiteur includes Cave Priv?e, a 1200-bottle wine cellar, plus two private dining rooms seating up to ten people. A background of contemporary French and north African lounge music completes the experience. The upper level of Traiteur also hosts a cosmopolitan wine bar with an outdoor terrace area.

The Terrace
Set on the marina front and separated into three distinct areas, The Terrace features the spectacular Raw Bar, offering a selection of caviar, oysters, prawns and salmon accompanied by an assortment of premium vodkas.
