you down in the street like a taxi ?
A. UAE transport law states that all of the clients in each of our vehicles
must have a pre-booked reservation.
Q.How far in advance do I need to book?
A. You must reserve your transfer at least 48 hours in advance, but the best
is more than 5 days before your arrival/departure.
Q.When is your earliest pick-up at the airport ? And Your latest?
A. Private shuttle service runs 24/24 7/7.
Q. Where must I go when I arrive at the airport ?
A. As soon as you have finished custom formalities, please head for BUDGET
Counter and present your Confirmation voucher. (details
will be written on your confirmation)
Q. Are your shuttles non smoking? Air conditioned? How many
do they seat ?
A. All shuttle are non smoking and air conditioned. We have both 4 seater cars
and 8 seater vans.
Q. Why I have to confirm my departure reservation
?
A. For your departure reservation, you must call BUDGET
(number will be
written on your confirmation) in order to confirm the pick up with the driver.
Q. How far in advance can I change or cancel my
reservation ?
A. Reservations can be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours before transfer with
no charge. After this time, no refund are possible.
Q. What's up if my arriving flight is delayed ?
A. Don't worry, as soon as you have finished custom formalities, please head
for BUDGET Counter and present your Confirmation
voucher. (details will be written on your confirmation)
Q. At which Terminal will the driver drop me off
?
A. The driver drops you off at the correct terminal of the airline that you are
flying with. That's why we need for the departure your correct flight information.
Q. How much should I tip the driver?
A. Tips are at the discretion of the passenger and according to the service they
received.
Q.How long will it take to get to my hotel?
Your estimated times of transport from Dubai International Airport to your
Hotel:

15 Minutes: Bur Dubai Hotels
25 Minutes: Jumeirah Hotels
